The Local Plan Review proposes ‘Mini-visions’ for different areas in the district to meet housing needs and our site falls within the ‘Berkeley cluster’ for Newtown/Sharpness.
Our site is proposed for allocation (PS36 New settlement at Sharpness) in the Stroud District Draft Local Plan.
